Join us for an inspiring celebration of art, architecture, music, and hospitality.

All salons are scheduled from 2:30 p m – 5:00 p m. Attendance will be kept to small numbers to help ensure a unique experience. Admission is $115 per event, or you may purchase a pass to all three for $300, a savings of $45.00, but hurry because once a house sells out it will end the option to purchase a pass.

Right in the heart of Lexington’s historic district,
this house was constructed in 2004 for Foster and
Brenda Pettit on the site of a gravel parking lot. It was
designed by architect and Foster’s son, Van Meter Pettit.
The house draws inspiration from a Chinese merchant house
in Hoi An, Vietnam, as well as French Quarter houses
in New Orleans. Nine skylights provide ample natural
light for Bill’s collection of Native American Art and
exquisite mission furniture.

Renowned artist Patricia Baldwin Seggebruch,
whose primary practice is in encaustic, will share
her complex process as well as her gorgeous paintings.

This is an amazing redo of a 1909 manor house. It is a floating lotus land of regional  art and cultural artifacts.Their home has10,000 square ft of fully utilized space. There are three of Susie’s studios and several inspired collections on view.

The presenting artist is Steve Armstrong, a quintessential
Kentucky artist, famous for his automata and sculptural creations.

Built in 1828, Kildare Hollow, also known as the Boggs house is rife with historical lore. Quietly nestled into the woods near Cave Springs, this stately Georgian home has been lovingly restored and reinvigorated.

Jeff and Jeanne are both artists whose work can be seen throughout the house, as well as family heirlooms, antiques, and contemporary pieces.

Decorative artist and portrait painter, Kim Comstock
will be showcasing some of her finest work. Kim has
studied at the Royal College of Arts and Rome Art Workshop.
Her work is astonishing.
